π₯ System Requirements
To run EEWParser-Rust, your system should meet the following requirements:
- Operating System: Windows, macOS, or Linux
- Processor: 1 GHz or faster
- Memory: 2 GB RAM or more
- Disk Space: At least 100 MB free
π Usage Instructions
1. Download & Install
To get started, visit the Releases page and download the latest version of the software.
You will find several downloadable files. Choose the one that matches your operating system.
After downloading, follow these steps to install EEWParser-Rust:
- Windows: Run the
.exe file directly. Follow the prompts to complete installation.
- macOS: Open the
.dmg file and drag the application to your Applications folder.
- Linux: Extract the tarball and run the executable file in your terminal.
2. Running the Application
Once installed, you can run EEWParser-Rust:
- Windows: Double-click the application icon or search for it in the Start Menu.
- macOS: Open your Applications folder and double-click the app icon.
- Linux: Open a terminal and navigate to the directory containing the executable. Run the command
./EEWParser-Rust.
3. Analyzing Earthquake Alerts
After launching the application, follow these steps to analyze alerts:
- Input the live data stream URL provided by JMA.
- Click the βStart Analysisβ button.
- View the parsed results on the screen.
- Save the output data to your preferred format (CSV, JSON).
